I really like the game a lot, and E-Commerce is a great feature, but online shopping and delivery becomes annoying after a while, but it's too important for progress to leave it out. Running back and forth every time, especially when you have orders with a lot of shoes. I like to do something in my shop and not just do online shipping and orders almost exclusively.
Maybe you can make it less annoying and consistent. Maybe hire a worker for this and you can do more active things in the actual shop yourself.
You could integrate this as an unlockable perk. At the beginning you have to send everything yourself and later you have the option of having it picked up via a delivery service - as is common in larger shops. Similar to what the post creator wrote.
PS: Please move the spawn point of the delivery more towards the warehouse. Maybe even a real loading ramp.
