Season Pass?

So, I've tried to look through the boards to see if I can figure out how this is suppose to work, but I am still a bit confused. Initially, I thought it was something that you would get via the computer like everything else, but then I saw the building across the street. However, all I see offered is some furniture and past season's clothing. Some of the furniture changes, but the clothing remains the same. So, does this every change (I'm mostly asking about the clothing) or is what is offered all that there is? I thought maybe it would change at times, but now I'm not so sure. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
