first clothing pass shelf

i bought the big shelf that has a picture of four heads for hats but mine only have one am i doing something wrong?

I assume you mean the Multi-item "wall" shelf.

It has 2 10 item racks
2 10 hat stacks (and 1 head)
3 5 items stacks
6 shoe spots

At some point, it probably had 4 hat heads, but got changed for the 3 5 item stacks,

A lot of the pictures are more than they actually are.
