Cannot get the code to lupin lockbox - prison scene
I noticed there is the square circle triangle and octagon/hexagonal signs.
I tried to compare it to the meal shapes but no luck...anyone help?

Where do you find these shapes? I've been in and out of that prison cell, checking every corner and I couldn't find them..

The partial shapes are found on the side of the Lockbox. You must consider them as if they are complete, however.

the shapes could relate to the dial rather than the meal tray

The shapes are "combination reminder" for the lockbox.
How many lines does each shape have?
