Dark Land Chronicle: The Fallen Elf

Demo feedback.
First I would like to say the idea is pretty interesting. Reminds me of an adult take on Don't Starve Together.

The sexual animation is very well done at the starting fight, multiple angels is superb.

Now the downside:

- Can't fast forward conversations.
- Exclamation marks on NPC's even if they don't give you a quest.
- Can't figure out how to skip a day. Spent time at a campfire, did it several times. Still NPC's say they need a day to rest, or a day to get to camp etc.
- After the quest where you get the axe, I can no longer use the axe to chop wood, even with it's durability being 15/15.
- No real tutorials or hints for crafting food.
- The NPC that tells you to go to the camp for goblin quest. Says he'll meet you there, and he never does. He never moves.

Overall very confusing and seems as though it's following the mindset: "hey you played survival games before, so figure it out" mentality.
In my opinion this game needs a lot of explaining, a how to tutorial. Potential is there, seems interesting, as the demo stands, it just doesn't work well at all. NPC's have exclamation marks, but no quests. Saving not possible when you have your weapon out? Run around collect random items, then run to every random crafting station to see what you can do with the inventory or random loot.
I hope this gets polished out and looking forward to the release.

No argument, this is in desperate need of some sort of tool tips.

Skipping a day is the thing that solves a lot of what you are complaining about. I was able to figure that out through some trail and error.

The answer is that you need one piece of charcoal, and two different prepared meals.
I'm assuming that your mention of the food crafting, you figured that part out, but just in case:
Feed any cooking pot a main ingredient and a side ingredient. The easiest to procure side ingredient is well water (just go to the well).

Once you advance the day, the goblin camp guy moves, and a new set of NPC side-quests becomes available.
The goblin camp side-quest takes a couple of day advances to get to the end point.

As for the NPCs with exclamation marks but nothing interesting to say, from what I can tell, that seems to just be some poorly programmed event triggering.
I was able to get the researcher guy to give me a quest on day one by doing everything else before I talked to him to boost my rating with the village, but by warning the girl with the golden necklace, I ended up leaving the lazy villager with an exclamation mark, but only a string of dialogue about how he had nothing to say to me.

As for saving, it is possible, it is just in the menus. I ended up doing some save-scumming to puzzle out how to get the day to advance.

I agree that from what I've seen of this demo, this has potential, but is in desperate need of polish.

about NPC that won't move. you just need to rest. find nearby campfire, put two cuisine and the fuel, then you'll just start the next day. after that he will move to the promised place. you just need to repeat that process until the quest is over

Do you know what to do after the goblin camp quest ends? Whether or not I do what the soldier asks of me, no more quest appear that could continue the story. Or is that where the demo ends?

Also, you know where the hidden grave is?
I have the impression that the hidden tomb is behind the house of the person giving the quest: we find the entrance to an underground area. Except that it is stipulated that access is not allowed in the demo.

The quest may not be solvable.

That's true, when I begin the game there's where I see that some quest cannot be solvable. Maybe until an update or the game release
Played the demo, I've completed most quests (that were available).
Mechanichs are pretty simple, it will be good if cooking has a tutorial, also telling the player about the quest loop when u need to rest until next day using the campfire, etc. Is a bit confusing so a tutorial panel would help.

About the hentai aspect, is not bad, but in this demo there are not a lot of things happening. For the final version u need to develop many many more scenes and sexual content. It will be good to have some control over it, the only thing we can do is push "next". Would be much better if the player can handle the situation, choose ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ style, camera angle and stuff. Voiceover is good overall.

Also I've missed a gangbang scene when finishing the forest ranger quest, was a lil' bit dissapointing.

Game needs a lot of work, but I think it has potential !
The fact that you can't repair most of the tools and items lacking descriptions and also tooltips explaining game's basic mechanics is really frustrating.
Also saves are broken. Mine stopped loading after some time, just infinte black screen and that's all.

Pretty sure this game is fully abandoned.
