People need something to do after being fired.
Like the game a lot, but I do have one suggestion. When someone is fired it feels like they are kind of taken out of the fun because they don't have anything to do, and this has been the biggest obstacle for enjoyment with my friend group.

Option 1 is they become a janitor. Problem is the janitor has nothing really interesting to do, and they pretty much lose any reason to care about the game anymore. Being a janitor is better than being totally out, but it's still not very compelling. This means that more often than not in my experience janitors just run around trolling the rest of the lobby, locking doors en masse, etc. which derails the experience. They have no reason or incentive not to do this, and it's way too powerful.

Option 2 is if all janitor slots are filled they become a ghost orb or whatever. But then they have literally no actions they can take at all. This would be fine except sometimes rounds can be quite long, I've had games where I'm the second one out and thus the first ghost and then the game goes on for another 20-30 minutes. 20-30 minutes where you aren't doing anything at all and are just waiting for the game to end. And there's few ways to kill my enjoyment of a game than the prospect of being made to sit out of it for an extended length of time.

Both options kind of stink. Janitors need to have their ability to grief the server nerfed and also should have some more interesting gameplay to keep them busy. Ghost orbs need to be able to do something, ANYTHING, that affects the game. Even if it's just writing funny notes or causing the lights to flicker or causing glitches in computers or something. Or maybe an optional mode could exist where instead of being totally fired they can be "demoted" down to working in the mail room or something where they have some kind of minigame to do, and if they complete enough tasks they can be rehired as an intern - an intern who would have very little power but can at least take part in the game still.

someone once made the suggestion that they should become cats. These cats can do things like hiss and pee. But do not really effect the game. Also cats can voice chat and listen but cats can't talk to players. I loved the idea of being fired and becoming the office pet. Imagine like 10 cats hissing at you while playing. That would be really cool.

Rats, in the walls.

And one player is janitor and tries his best to plug all the holes that they can get out from.

If a rat player bites you the boss says you have to get a shot for it which contains mercury and then you will become retarded and that character will be a retarded NPC for the rest of the game, going on talking to himself about current things that the tv told him to talk about.

Cats, rats, janitors. Add them all. And OSHA inspectors.
I think being able to stalk the boss to kill would be a good gameplay addition.

I agree but unfortunately I'm afraid the developer has abandoned this game.

that's a stupid idea. you don't need to have things to do after you're fired.
