2. This point is a little bit difficult. While the keys + door locking exist, the server room remains a good door to lock for managers. I personally only lock one side, allowing the slackers to go to the long side (and take a big risk) to disable the servers. Locking both doors is a very annoying move, since it means only the manager (if the keys aren't in play) to unlock the door to fix the servers. I think this is mostly a game issue involving the keys.
3. This is incorrect, as all server rooms include a filing cabinet. And now as of the camera update include a camera which can be utilized for the 'firmware update' task. Albeit 'firmware update' does not specify a camera to update, which I think should be changed. You are partially right though, there should be some sort of specialist task that directly affects the servers so that the slackers have an out.
