Feedback and ideas for fired players (spectators) : Outsider roles

Hi,
After watching a game session, I really enjoyed this new concept for "secret role/mission" type of game.
In some of them, while a player is dead, they have still minor interactions with the environment, and even with the remaining players.

As there is only a spectator mode in Dale & Dawson for now, here is an idea to not let dead players down, especially where you can have up to 20 player games : Pick an "outisider role".
So the goal is to keep the players active with timelimited interactions with the other players in the office. Depending on the role, they will have to interact with some players or environment objects to complete their simple objectives or when their time limit is reached (2 min ?). After that, they will return again in spectator mode and will have to wait for a cooldown before coming back again with a random "outsider role". It is of course, optional and they can just stay as spectator.

In addition to let the fired player play again, their interventions can have beneficial or disruptive effects for the office employees. This will give another layer of randomness and fun about the game outcome.

- Pizzy Delivery guy :
Can be summon by an office employee ? Via phone call or email ?
The delivery guy will enter the office with a employee's name and must bring its pizza. They'll need to be paid for they job before leaving.
So pretty basic interactions but can provide the opportunity to keep busy someone.

- IT repair guy :
So their job is to perform maintenance operations on the office servers. Maybe them are commissionned to clean all virus on employee's computers ? Or at least, occupy their PC a short time to complete the cleaning.
Here we have a more direct actions for the employee objectives : maybe their pc maintenance will prevent them to do task or give them the opportunity to laze around.

- Janitor :
Their job it to clean trashbins and the bathrooms. While cleaning the toilets, they will close the door and deny the access to the other employee. So they will have to wait to have the chance to use them again.



So there are some ideas to give a second life for the fired players and add a little bit of fun and randomness to the chaos in the office. If you have other ideas for "outsider roles" let us know.
I hope the dev will have the time to consider it and add it to the game later.
