Press F to sit down, then use F again on the item you want to use (computer or phone). If you choose to interact with the computer you just use the computer as normal, if you choose to use the phone maybe you camera moves to the phones and again instead of a wheel you actually have to press the extension for a person in your office(there could be a paper with extension on it or something).
I feel like this way would make a substantial improvement to the games feel and rythm, using the F wheel for everything is super tedious and promotes frequent misclicks.
