Tutorial gets stuck, unable to join any public lobbies.

Not sure if the first issue (Unable to finish the tutorial) is preventing me from joining any lobbies.

Dawson just stands in front of the whiteboard in the conference room without saying anything more straight after doing the virus part of the tutorial. He just doesn't do anything else and I can't finish the tutorial.

Then when I try to join any lobby at all, I get a could not connect error message. Please look into these bugs!
