Slacker Tips
Now that I have green hair I feel like I can safely give some slacker tips.
1. Don't take so many documents to the manager to sign.
2. Play as a manager at least once.
3. Being out of sight is better than being seen 9/10
4. Don't customize your character in extravagant ways, be unique, but don't be so unique you stick out and can be identified.
5. Safety in numbers is the key, don't set fires, or bonk the servers if you are the only person in the room. You do have a time delay.
6. The absolute best time to set a virus is when the manager is occupied unlocking viruses.
7. Turning off firewalls is a power move, do it as much as possible.
8. Jelly your own stapler.
9. Find a neglected trash can and hide things in it, such as disks, coffee mugs, beer, etc.
10. After drinking a beer, drink coffee, it will disable the drunk animations.

11. Lose at Snake, Lose at Minesweeper, lose as quickly as possible.

Most Important things to know:

When you are a slacker, you are a teamworker, if a slacker is doing dumb stuff, sacrifice them.
You are playing the long game, the long game is to win, win as a team.

ROLE PLAY!

And here is a bonus: Stop talking so much and being silly. Some of the slackers give. It. Away so easily.

I've had some decent luck being a suck-up to the manager and becoming an assistant, most of the time they'll let you just roam around and do whatever you want as long as you report back to them with decent info, and specialists won't want to press you on any info for fear of having suspicion put on them. The problem with sacrificing other slackers is having a butthurt janitor snitching everyone out because their feelings are hurt.

It's a toss-up depending on the lobby, if you can't get the assistant role as a slacker early on you have to play the long con by making the current assistant look like they aren't doing their jobs, which can easily backfire too if you aren't careful. It best works when the numbers are down to the wire and the workers start talking about a replacement manager. My pitch every time is "I can guarantee you one slacker and if they aren't one you can fire me right after." Either they fire the slacker I point out and the manipulation begins, or they fire a specialist and make the game unwinnable with a lack of terminations.

Being very quite is also SUSpicious xD

1 tip I can give is that many people just saying things.
PC's don't lie in this game.
Too many people go along with what someone is saying. Call it naive.

Go for the facts. Not what someone is just telling ya. It could be a slacker that is saying something. Or a specialist that is wrong.

I don't want to give away too many of my own tactics but I just RP the part, not slacker, not specialist, not manager, just a guy looking to get a paycheck. Afterall, nobody, I don't care if you are Jimmy Buffet or Warren Buffet, nobody goes to work because they want to work. Everyone wants to get paid. So far, RP has been successful for me. I smoke, I drink, I don't sweat the small stuff and I always throw stuff back in people's face.
