1. Check your computer settings for microphone permissions at Windows Settings - Privacy & Security - Microphone
2. Check your sample rate for your microphone. Make sure its set to 2 channels, 24 bit and 44100 Hz. You can find this in Windows Settings - System - Sound - All Sound Devices - [Your microphone] - Format
Hi, I have the same problem and steps above don't work, what else can I do?
Try to change your XLR input on audio interface. My mic was connected to the second input, so I've connected it to the first one and it fixed my issue
