Janitor Locking doors cooldown / toggle

Yo, thanks for the wonderful game its been making our weekends really fun. Just a suggestion can you please introduce some sort of long cooldown for janitors ability to lock doors? since if you were a slacker and then a janitor locking the doors is the best way to hinder the specialists. A toggle for their locking ability to be disabled in the server settings can also work. thank you and keep up the good work

It wouldn't be so bad if janitors could only unlock and relock doors locked by the manager. This way they can't grief the entire office but can still get around.
