No he actually right.... I mean why should I change my Steam nickname when I can just pick a simple name like Robert or Steve, It kind ruins the roleplay when you call someone by their Steam nickname... like, imagine someone being called 'Legendary Super Samurai' or something like that... it's a bit silly, but you get what I mean

Generic In-Game name should be attached to your Steam Profile just in case you repeatedly work with a griefer, you know their account at least. Simpler names would be great.

Yes like this would be Perfect! Just a Nickname and if you click on View Profile you see the Steam Profile.
