Game hard freezing, have to control + alt + delete

My game keeps freezing and I have to kill the task with task manager. It will slowly go from fine, and then turns into a slideshow where it's like 1 frame every 5 seconds, then it hard freezes. My friend is having the same issue.

Any fixes for this? We both have high end rigs.

Same F U C K I N G Annoying especially when you play together an a round lasts 15-45 min im not waitng that long
