I've disconnected randomly from a few lobbies despite good internet, not crashes (unless you'd consider disconnecting back to main menu as "crashing"?).

I have encountered the occasional racist printing out the n-word or outright saying it but they seem to get drowned out by everyone else in the lobby from experience so far. Janitors are also a bit annoying because a lot of them constantly lock all the doors and I had one game where I would keep on getting trapped in various rooms because the janitor would lock the door the moment I entered and this happened for 30 straight minutes until we eventually got the janitor fired

I'd assume that's the case, but it does happen quite a lot, especially mid-game. Happens a bit much for my liking?

Some hosts also just dip the moment they get voted out or their team is close to losing from some games I have had? Had a slacker game which we were one vote away from winning regardless and the host decided to dip making the whole match null and void.

This is common but I'd say crashing is probably more common. If the host gets voted out and immediately leaves that's babby rage quit.

I do feel its a bit odd to force the host to sit through a potential 30 min of watching others play just to keep the game alive. Has to be some work around to change this besides dozens of janitors.

I've had a couple games as well where the host would be voted out and almost immediately after the meeting ends the game just ends because the host rage quits, which is annoying, but unless you're the first to be voted out and become the janitor, you can't do anything aside from watch and since games can last for over an hour, it's definitely unfun to just be sitting around being unable to communicate with anyone or do anything aside from float around as a ghost and watch.

I just had a game where someone asked me (manager) to talk to them privately in my room, they said 'lol take this' and then my game got forcefully disconnected, is there any known glitch or bug which forces people to crash or disconnect?

This has also happened to 1 of the previous managers within the game as well so I'm just seeing if it is a coincidence or something fishy.

The host can kick people from the "players" menu once you hit escape. You were likely booted from the game.

Being able to boot players mid game kinda defeats the purpose. There should be a vote kick, not just "host gets to decide he doesn't like how the game is going and boots you" button.

Being nearly an hour into a game and being kicked for no reason because of this is stupid. I don't care about trolls, they're easily ignorable. People need to get over this "waaah racist" ♥♥♥♥. It's a game. You get your professional safe spaces in an actual office in real life.

Let people blow off steam, that's literally the point of gaming.

Apparently a lot of peoples' way of "blowing off steam" involve getting into a game with voice chat and a lobby full of people and be obnoxious and screaming out racial slurs. Not complaining on my end, people definitely have their own weird ways of blowing off steam and I'm not saying they can't do otherwise, I just wish it didn't involve trying to blow all of that steam onto other people?

Guess I'm lucky to not seen the kick function being abused in this game but I don't doubt for a second that people are in-fact abusing it. I have seen people being kicked, but luckily the people doing the kicking are smart enough to only remove obnoxious people and not just kicking for the sakes of kicking?
