OCE Servers?

Before i even think about buying, is the high pings a case of something on their end? or do they not have any OCE servers at all? As far as i remember (could be wrong) the first one did and is a deal breaker to weather it's a purchase or not

No clue, but all of this could of been avoided if they just stress tested rather than stay secretive until less than 2 weeks of launch.

From East Coast NSW getting pings of 80-120.

If they route you to SEA and your pings are stuffed use warp or another VPN to get better route.

But doesn't appear to be any Sydney servers, player count is so low anyway you wouldn't want to queue.

That's honestly quite sad that people need to get vpns so they don't get put into a region that doubles their ping.

The VPN might be needed because a lot of OCE ISPs have dodgy routing to SEA, the VPN forces a different traceroute somehow.

Dissapointing as i was looking forward to giving it a try, but sounds like too much effort for something that needs some emergency hotfixes anyway, the playercount can't get any lower right? might wait this one out, cheers for reply

Lowest I've seen was 723 players. They'd need to do one huge massive content update if they want this game to survive. But chances are, the big update is only happening at the end of November

Melbourne based gamer here - no AU server whatsoever, anyone on Telstra/Optus for example will have terrible ping, it'll route you through America first then back to SEA servers.

I was getting 300-400 ping when I started, then I had to use a program (I use Mudfish full VPN setting) I apply the VPN to PERTH AUS, that way it goes directly to Perth, then to SEA. I am now getting 80-90 ping or so.

It's bs. I've tried getting the devs attention on here and Discord, even Reddit too, but they never acknowledge our existence, we haven't even been mentioned as a region at all.

no Australian servers, best ping i've had is 60-80, but expect over 100 normally because their matchmaking sucks atm

I'm in OCE and I get 60-70 ping most games.
