Banned from Nightmare?

Every time I am trying to join nightmare (after playing on hard) I am getting "Failled to join session error". So far I feel like playing 100+ games on 50lvl character without getting any nightmare game

It varies on the people you match with also if it says failed to join session error its a known issue just try to keep reconnecting.

It is almost impossible to get a nightmare lobby with randoms. The game picks-up the diff depending on all character's levels.

Failed session is a known issue.

I used to have 1-2 nightmare games every evening gaming session. Now I got 0 nightmare games for the last 2 weeks. That is not OK.
