Voice Chat
So ive tried 2 games now. I see icons popping up on the right side for VC a lot (I guess thats people in a group prior to the game)... however I use VC and even get some responses in text but i cant hear anyone else?

[The guys I SAW SPEAKING ON THE RIGHT were not in a group with me or close so I understand id not be able to hear them]

also this discussion board needs a nap time, some very worked up spergs here.

It's proximity chat. They need to be close.

yeah i get that, this is AFTER ive grouped with people AND theyre responding to my VC but just typing

Could potentially be a bug in that case. I haven't experienced it though.

The game defaults to push-to-talk off for some esoteric reason, likely it's trying to transmit nonsense/nothing from them.

Could potentially be a bug in that case. I haven't experienced it though.
Maybe ive been unloucky, I get some people are shy or dont like to talk on VC. I get harassed sometimes.

Thank you for the heads up though, guys, Ive felt crazy enough talking to my Darktide groups and they answer.... but not in VC. I guess VC is a dying Comm!
