East anti cheat failure.
You know... i tried. I figured, hell i'll give the game another download since they put out a update. It locks up on the spash screen and errors out with easy cheat. These guys are hopeless. HLL uses EEC and it works fine.

I have the same issue, but apperantly, other games are having a "game security violation". This happens because of the anti-cheat and they have to adress this personally, maybe in the next update... until then, those who have this problem will have to wait :/

Have the same problem, disabled my antivirus and the game opens and I got into a game .....will it last after my shields come back up in 10 mins ? We shall see
