I will hovewer keep an eye on it (which i have since it was first announced). Me and my guys will also revisit the OG game
- Spawn system is unrealistic with how tanky zombie is and how player has really low stamina
- in-game item is expensive and not perma-unlock for all character
- HC Gatekeeper who refuse any change to made game open up for more player base
Game is Hardcore with Perma-death is fine but need to be fun and reasonable and reward enough for player to keep play it.
I will put it on hold after free play to see if they has anything change if they want to keep it like this then I won't buy it.
- Game isn't rewarding enough for the time
- Permadeath is fine, IF they have some kind of permanent progression (but honestly I'd just have hardcore characters and non hardcore characters).
- Game isn't currently very co-op friendly (to reform a party you have to kill your character).
- Need to be able to host your own game (it's a co-op game and ping sucks for a lot of us, so no reason why not).
Aside from those major points, there are obviously plenty of bugs to fix (janky combat, massive spawn issues etc), but those at least I expect will be fixed.
I can't see this game having a sustainable playerbase in its current form. Nothing wrong with having a difficult game, but it also has to be fun.
