Hello everyone, I need honest opinions about this game please. The concept intrigues me. I am just worried that the game wont last like Back 4 Blood. I even played Toxic Commando and enjoyed it but the lack of things to do killed it. Is it worth getting/

I recently got the game (17.5 hours), and I'm having a blast! It isn't often a game has me wanting to play it so badly when I'm at work lmao.
It's intense, it's scary, it's difficult at times and requires teamwork and cooperation, and when that pays off, it's very rewarding.

The main grind is getting credits and completing weekly assignments to get merits, both being used to customise your clothing (hats, facewear, gloves, tops, bottoms, shoes, watch, flashlight), as well as buying gear for your loadout.

I am yet to get bored, and the intensity of the gameplay is what keeps it both fun and attractive.

I can't vouch for the community and how the game will be in a few weeks, months or years down the line, as this game is my first time interacting with the NMRIH community, but people are nice, helpful, kind and (somewhat) respectful.

Would say there are small things here and there that could do with a bit of improvement but on the whole they do seem to have nailed what they set out to.

The experience varies, sometimes you will have to work harder to carry your teamates, sometimes you will get carried, othertimes its the perfect synergy. Thats Pugging. Its not perfect all the time, find people you enjoy playing with and use discord or join the official discord, lots of groups forming on t here

Its not a smash hit but its definately fun. If you like zombie apocalypse theme with a emphasis on looting and moving to differerent poi with other players youll definately get your moneys worth. Melee takes time to get used to but gunplay feel standard right out of the box.

Long term future of the game no one knows. But even in the days of 500 players didnt have very long to find matches. Now its 13k plus and just ride that train until you are bored. No real solo mode outside of exploring/sandbox mode. But they may add that in time where you can get some XP.
