Just experienced the worst game ever

So, two matches prior to my worst game I had a level 48 character. We made it to the power plant and were almost done with switches. Then I crashed. Less than a minute later I open up the game and see that I can't reconnect to the lobby, but I still see my character at the home screen and still level 48.

I decide to deploy into a new game, since there's no reconnect feature. I load in and it turns out I did lose my character. I'm given the 3 character options at the start of the match and now I realize I'm stuck in a nightmare difficulty lobby at level 1. I manage to find decent teammates in this lobby and we finish the round and extract. This match my new character progresses to level 38 at the extraction screen. I then load into the home screen and find out none of the experience saved because of the previous bugged character from last game. All that I earned was account experience and I didn't level up at all.

Move on to the next most grueling match I've ever had. I load in with what should've been a level 38 with perks. This match is already at a rough start as I meet one guy who is repeating "Hawk Tuah!" over and over. We then meet (I'm suspecting Chinese) player at the bar. Who is not only not talking at all, but is blasting his sound through his speakers directly through his mic. 5 minutes later I ended up muting him for the rest of the game. Hawk Tuah! guy kills himself to zombies on purpose. On the way to field hospital I find out that my sprint is bugged and every time I press it my character becomes d-synced to the point it's nauseating. This persists the entire match.

Me and Chinese mic guy meet another Chinese guy at the field hospital. We manage to look around for the fuse for 15 minutes because other Chinese guy was holding the single fuse needed to unlock the safe room doors. After that total waste of time we finally put it in the last fuse box, loot, and continue on our way to the power plant. There we meet the rest of the lobby, 4 people scattered around the plant.

While completing the substation objective, other Chinese guy proceeds to jump over a railing falling to his death. I execute him with a pipe bomb. We continued to press on, while no legged invincible zombies were torturing us. Inside the power plant I'm the only one who seems to understand the objective, I'm inputting the codes and flipping the power switches. At some point 2 or 3 of the clueless people with us manage to die and I'm left with only Chinese mic guy.

I start to realize this is going to last 10x as long as I'm the only one doing anything and he's 150m away doing god knows what. While I wait for him to come back to distract zombies, I stood inside the power room below the hole in the ceiling. I kid you not, by the time he came back there were at least 75 zombies surrounding me at the control panel. With another 10-20 bugged at each entrance. He manages to jump down the hole to me and I start swinging with my fireaxe. Now there is 50 zombies with no arms or heads, glitching out, d-synced, standing sideways, trying to hit us on the platform.

We took out what we could, I had to use my pistol on the bugged out zombies because after 20 heavy overheads with the fire axe they took no damage from melee weapons. Pushing out of the control room I'm walking the entire time because as you guessed, sprinting is still bugged. I spent the next 15-20 minutes later doing all of the power switches while Chinese mic guy stood on top of the control panel doing nothing.

By the grace of god, I think the power switches glitched out and the objective completed after a certain amount of time. Chinese mic guy doesn't realize he can press the button right below him to complete the objective and call in the helicopter. So I had to go back in through the horde stuck inside with him to press it. We finally managed to make it outside and he gets downed and dies at the extraction point to 2 runners. I shot them in the head, but at the point it was too late and he died, (deserved for being useless.) The helicopter comes and I attempted to hop in and it sort of just kicks me out and floats in the air for a few seconds and leaves me. But somehow I actually extracted. Last person alive and only +200 account experience.

I lost my level 45 character last night after it put me on a NA server. I am from Europe. The ping wasn't the worst part, I was unable to run, it would slow me right down sort of like rubber banding but it was allowing me to move, such as walk but not allowing me to run. Had to leave as there would be no way for me to complete the finale. Also I couldn't even get there as I couldn't run.
