CRC supplies what they do?
as the title says.
is there anything to do with em now or are they just numbers you collect for now?

They level up your character. So it pays off to explore.. you might also find a rare item that takes up an inventory slot but gives your character alot of xp

I am pretty sure when loadouts become a thing (They should have been a thing at launch according to the store page) you will be able to use supplies to purchase equipment. But right now it's just xp.

I would imagine this too. I certainly thought this was the case or a way to customize your character or add a sort of "rogue-lite" element where you can upgrade your home base or something outside of missions which persists even after your character dies.
