Hello, even though normally as a game developer we have made a system where saves are taken frequently to try to prevent you from cheating, my gamer self wants to help you :) As the friend above said, you can cheat money while you are in the case you are in (you can use Cheat Engine)
But what you should normally do is start over and play carefully this time. I hope you can see the end of the game after you choose either of the two paths. Have a good time.

As suggested above, if you cannot bribe the police man because you don't have the money for it, you can increase the money with CheatEngine. I can't think of any other reason why you cannot bribe the police man.
Alternatively, you could also potentially change the percent value in the arrest bar with the same CheatEngine, but it's harder to pin which registry is holding the value for that variable and, since I haven't tried it, it might cause unwanted behaviour.
