Can't enter the player's name

once i installed it & had a quick guide of how to play the games, the pop up show up & i have to enter my player name. but then, i can't click enter, instead shows another pop up that said error. i can't even cancel the pop up until i put the right player name. so i force close the game. any idea about this problem?
