Last achievement - I Remember 101/106

Has anyone else been able to achieve this recently?
I’ve gone back and cross checked my process and gameplay against the achievement videos and still manage to come up short.

I am aware in Act 4 you need to go back and replay the last sense with the searchlights (get caught and don’t get caught). Which I have done.
