Everything works fine on my M1 Mac, so this issue may be specific to the M2 chip. I will investigate further, but as I need to set up an M2 environment for testing, resolving this may take some time.
Either way, I hope you enjoy DigDigDrill!
I haven’t been able to set up the M2 environment yet, so the issue remains unresolved.
Later on in the same day, I tried to launch it again and kept getting a blank screen + music.
For a split second when I launch I see the launch screen. I've tried rebooting my whole system and even uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but nothing seems to work. It's a very strange bug.
1. Launching the game. (Blank screen)
2. Launching Mission Control to get out of the blank screen while leaving the app running.
3. Going to the macos display settings and changing the resolution.
4. Returning to the still-open game.
It seems like changing the resolution is forcing some logic to refresh or something, since it doesn't appear to matter if I increase or decrease my system resolution setting, it still brings back the screen. Super weird bug.
I did some quick google searching and it seemed like this might be an issue on many Unity games.
Thank you for providing the detailed information!
