Ban Players Functionality Suggestion

I can lock the server or set up permissions, but even with the proper permissions, players can still find ways to troll. For example:
- Hiding supplies
- Exploiting other disruptive actions

While I can boot players from the lobby, they can simply rejoin.

It would be very helpful to have a blacklist/ban option for specific players. This would allow us to:
1. Maintain an open lobby for genuine players.
2. Effectively remove toxic or disruptive players.

What are your thoughts on implementing such a feature?

There need be no thoughts here, This should be an essential feature.

Additionally a rating system for players would be cool, like other players thumbs up or thumbs down you as kind of a vet.

And despite my permissions being set to no throw away, some have still been able to with some cheats of some kind.
