Cashiers, Restaurant Features, Etc.- ETA???

Hi, I purchased the game and I am curious if the game that I purchased is still "early access?" I am enjoying the game, however, features like cashier, restocker, etc. are not available. If the game I purchased is the only option available, when will there be an option to hire employees? I am loving the game, however, hard to "manage" a restaurant when you are the one doing every piece of the what it takes to run the operation.

How can you consider this game being abandoned when it received an update as recently as December 2024?

The reason might be - and I would 100% agree and understand - that there is literally no communication. Just a "tiny" information post regarding a break during Christmas and reduced activities because of new developers been brought in.

But for me, it also feels very long hearing nothing, because the time from December to January feels long, but it is just a month.

But there definitely should be more communication regarding plans and so on.

I am very interested buying the game, but the current state is not enough implemented, yet. I assume to wait for at least the end of this year (just to be realistic).

The fact that it was released on the 20th December 2024 and updated on the 24th December 2024, which as of this post is less than a month ago I can only assume you're getting the January Blues, because as an adult it's the longest month in the year that feels like it will never actually end.

It has been January all of 2025 in fact, which makes it feel worse even though it's accurate.

You want a real abandoned game? Try Motel Manager, that game is so "feature" filled I finally deleted it. Give them time, like someone said they just put out an update last month. I'm gonna show my age but I don't care, I started gaming on an Atari 2600. There were no updates, you got what you got and you were happy.

This, yes!
You can see them actively make progress here. It's not very fast, but stuff is actually happening. The game isn't abandoned.

For real. I work in IT, and our software development department takes months sometimes to get updates out; and we are a professional fully staffed enterprise. This is probably just a few guys doing it for fun.

Patience is a virtue :)
