as i play alone aswell single player
im parshley sighted in one eye so it takes a bit longer for me to focus but i still play and enjoy it as muchas ican
soyes more is beter than less
just my humble opinion after having been involved in the industry for over a decade.
So humble. And thanks for your permission to play solo.
It's not an unreasonable ask considering there are already 2 AI helpers available and one on the way. I don't care what any self righteous "industry insider" says because the dev has already been developing options to balance for solo players.
Oh and forgot to give a +1 to the OP :)
He's not wrong though. It's the same concept as Squad or Arma. I hate the games because it penalizes you for playing solo.
This game is NOT HARD playing solo. Just stop doing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and you'll be fine.
My wife is bewildered how I have a 100% popularity rating and have zero issues playing alone.
If you look at the roadmap, you'll see they have plans to work on an AI Cashier.
I have not bought this yet, but would if it had some support for single player. It's clearly in it's early days, and the mechanics are....interesting (single person walks in, sits down a second person appears, doesn't eat, and vanishes when the first person is done - to make it look better in screen shots??? Then the ultra realism in cooking, but you can make every burger at the start of the day and then leave then on the side all day long). I've just unlocked mayonnaise and already it's turned into a fairly crappy time management game when playing alone....it's literally not possible. Which is a shame.
I would recommend street corner food simulator - not only can you upgrade the restaurant, it gets super regular updates and you can employ various kitchen staff to help, including cooking and cleaning. Cooking is more simple, but it feels more enjoyable as a single player.
