My Solo Experience and some requests
So I bought the game yesterday and played yesterday and some today. I'm now level 13 and I have some observations and suggestions for the dev(s). Take it for what you will.

How as a solo player I set up my day:
1. Order what I need and put it away when it arrives
2. I set out 8 burger wrappers in 4 sets on the counter closest to the registers and then put a bottom one on each wrapper and its top just to the right and repeat for them all.
3. I cook 6 burgers and put them on 6 of the buns and then repeat. I put 2 on the last two remaining buns and then put the rest next to the setup in case of doubles.
4. I put all my condiments and toppings to the side next to the raised platform and the remaining buns go on the raised platform.
5. I set up 10 trays for receipts and fast order/out.
6. Cups clearly go next to their respective machines.

Everything is now set up for the fastest possible (so far as I can tell) solo ability to deal with front back (at least till fries and nuggets and other craziness).

Now, for suggestions:
1. I like that you have easy mode that removes irritation meters but can you add a "solo" mode that does this and additional things such as:
a: Remove Ice as a need or make it instant amount like the drink itself
b: Remove or greatly reduce ice cream melting
c: Add a notification if you accidentally try to skip a day because you have ADHD and just ended the day.
d. condiments strictly at one each

General suggestions:
a: Burgers can be saved for the next day, that have been cooked, but at a 5% reduction in satisfaction from the customer.
b: Ability to turn off some stations if you don't want to run them.
c: Ability to unwrap a hamburger mistake. Make it cost the wrapper but if I forget a top bun it would be great if I could add it since that would be a natural and safe thing to do in a restaurant to begin with (Major irritation)

I think that's it for now till I do some more playing. Great game for a SIM game. I don't like very many of these type games! It's very enjoyable so far. I will say, it's getting difficult to handle. I put the suggestions here instead of the pinned because I want to be able to expand on it as I discover things.

Agreed, I hope they take into account all the singleplayer only people. Right now, I'd settle for just being able to pause it.
Oh thank God! I discovered I could turn off the drive through. That was too much.

This is my biggest annoyance, so many times I think I have plonked the top on and then pressed E to wrap to find I wasnt quite quick enough.

I personally dont mind playing in "Easy" that removes the patience levels, I am playing solo anyway and want a nice casual experience. I think the rest is perfect for multiplayer though - not that i have tried it yet though.

it is hard to create a "1 size fits all" game, without changing too much, a pause option should surely be possible if it is a solo game though which is a feature that should be in the game - another reason I am happy playing in Easy, when I need to take a break it won't ruin my game if I have to leave it running in the background.

Also I am glad you found out how to turn off the drive thru, I would like to see the ability to "turn off" other aspects, or as others have suggested just use a "fixed menu" system

It needs a McDonalds toggle which turns off the ice cream machine.

I also wish we could unwrap burgers, I too often miss the top bun when rushing out orders, because I press E before placing the top
I'd love a similar tool for buns as there is with the tray to pick up burger patties from the grill.. that is, shove it into the bun bag to slide through the middle and thus able to pick up either only all the tops or only the bottoms at once, so you cna then place all the bottoms first on the multiple wrapper sheets you set up, and then when the tops are ready to be place you flip the bun bag, and repeat sliding the shovel like tool and pull the bag way to pick up the rest and place em. (descriptions of pulling the way away is purely to explain the logic, not for them to create animations for it)

similarly, it'd be neat if we could pick up all the wrapper sheets and while holding them, place down one at a time to speed up the process. instead of 1 sheet at a time and constantly mousing around back and forth.

In fact most stuff being up to pick up all/stack and dropping 1 down at a time would be neat.

I would love it if they just made it easier on single players without us having to disable features that add to the game. I want to be able to play the same game multiplayers are playing, just on a smaller scale. Sure I won't be able to serve as many customers, but that makes sense to me. A toggle for turning down customers coming in (instead of them piling up, getting mad and then leaving, giving me a bad score) just let me cut the number of customers in half.
