how to use the cheese like are we stupid or what it wont work when we try

its applied on grill.

cook 1 side to 95% or 100 and fast flip ... cook to second side 60% apply cheese let it finish .. .take off

cheese has to be put into a topping bin before you can use it on the burger patties.
