How to efficiently make orders

My goal is to find the perfect way to be efficient without being impatient. I'm on Easy 12 minutes, and I've opened the store and waited for everyone's ticket. I have taken notes on everything, so I can prepare everything without being interrupted, but I always forget the temps times for the fries, drinks, & ice creams. I'm not sure where to begin on the order.

What I personally do is start the drinks process, coffee first then soda if both is required, then while those are being filled, I will get the icecream started and then go get the fries and place it on the tray. Then its back to the drinks and icecream to put those on the trap too (and add milk to coffee if needed). I have yet to receive any issues with the temps and it feels very efficient to me.

Burger. Start soda. Grab fries. Swing by to start coffee and grab ice cream. Grab coffee. Grab soda. If you have nuggets, they aren't temped, so I keep 4 on a serving tray on the front counter and I grab that last.

What I do on the same settings is always do the burgers first, then go grab fries, place tray on counter and get any and all drinks and ice cream going. I pick up each in its turn and check the order as done. I also tend to get the drive through orders done first.

frozen is always last once all other items are placed, before that is iced drinks, cold salads etc.
