How do I lock myself in the freezer in singleplayer?

I'm trying to complete the achievement, but the game won't let me lock myself in the freezer. Is there a way to do this in singleplayer or am I gonna have to accept the loss?

Join a multiplayer game, run to freezer and close the door and then as soon as you try to open it, you will ring the bell and get the achievement
