How much oil?
Do you need to use 100% of the oil to fry? Or can you use 50%? I'm just wondering because it's a lot of oil going in and out.

you need 100% oil for it to work. i once tried to do 50% but it ended up contaminated sooooo. use 100%. also every time you cook with the oil it goes 25% contamination and does not wear overnight.

Fill it up...fries need a lot of oil....only this way they are really tasty ;)
