MODS?

it would be nice if Close Combat 3 had the Mod Workshop available. Will it be? there are many mods. I did some mods back in the day as Diegrinder

I don't think it will, even the updated version(Cross of Iron) doesn't have mod workshop.
I tried to install some mods with the CC3 config manager but the app complained that it can't find the game and didn't even open the app..

I think Cross of Iron has better mod support and it is pretty much the same game. It is just under 8€ now in Slitherine's website, so I would recommend that. More players, too.

Btw, what mods did you do back in the day?

I made the SS mods Sub mods for the Western Front Mod and Eastern Front Mod. And a few MMCC3 games. GWL_Diegrinder was my name back then. I still play these games, but have a hard time getting the mods to work correctly. Furthermore, it appears the SS Western Front Mod has disappeared. and lame for me; I have all my saved files when I created the mod.

Yes, for CC3 and the Barbarossa Campaign mod for COI.
