Game crashes and back to main menue...
...this happens since two weeks. Several 'crashes' in PVP + Ranked while in game on different times: Sometimes after playing 2,5 or 10 mins - game closes and all the players back to main menue.
Developers, can you please fix this?

Please open a ticket with the support via the link at the bottom of the page https://support.my.games/wf_int/tech/81
They'll request all the necessary info and forward it to the devs to look into, find the reason for the problem and add a fix.

This is what the support recommended:

Dear Player,

Thank you for contacting Warface Support!

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues with your game client.

Click on the yellow down arrow next to “play” and select “Verify and fix installed game client files”.

Please give the MY.GAMES Launcher a few moments to check and repair any corrupted files in your game client.

Reset your network equipment. This helps prevent any devices from being overloaded. If resetting your equipment does not help, try turning your router off for a few minutes and turning it back on.

Try connecting to the Internet directly via LAN (Ethernet cable) bypassing the router and check if the issue persists.

Delete the profile folder of the game. You can find it this way: Start → Run → %userprofile%\Saved Games\My Games\Warface → OK.

We also strongly recommend you make sure that the latest Windows updates and drivers are installed on your PC.

________

Please make the following steps:

1. Click Start.

2. Select Programs.

3. Select Accessories and locate the Command Prompt shortcut.

4. Right-click the Command Prompt shortcut and select Run as Administrator from the drop-down menu.

5. You should now see this command window: https://goo.gl/6rJyQW

6. Type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the quotes) in the command prompt and press "Enter".

7. Type "netsh winsock reset" (without the quotes) in the command prompt and press "Enter".

8. Close the command prompt and restart the computer to complete the reset.

9. Attempt to make a connection.

If the problem persists, please perform a “clean” Windows reboot by following these instructions:

1. Ensure that you are logged into your system as an Administrator.

2. On your keyboard, please press the “Windows” key and the “R” key at the same time.

3. Type “msconfig.exe” into the “Open:” field without quotes.

4. A “System Configuration” window will appear. On the “Services” tab, you’ll notice a long list of services available on your PC.

5. First, check the box labeled “Hide All Microsoft Services”. As its name implies, this will hide all Microsoft services on the list.

6. Next, click the “Disable All” button.

7. Finally, click the “Apply” button, then the “OK” button, and reboot your computer.

To boot normally, click the “Enable All” button at Step 6.

Check if the issue persists. If it does, please attach the archive with the diagnostic files gathered after a clean Windows reboot to your message.

You can gather all the necessary files by using the MY.GAMES Launcher function (It's next to the "Play" button): choose the "Collect diagnostic data" menu and wait till all data is collected. The folder with it will be opened automatically.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

------------------------

Made those steps, but it doesn't change the issue. Still having the 'kicking out from the game back to main menue'.

And this is NOT ONLY HAPPENING TO ME. It HAPPENS TO ALL THE PLAYERS WHICH ARE IN THE SAME ROOM.
-->>> So it's very unlikely that A PROBLEM, WHICH ALL IN A GAME HAVE, can be solved with the solution the develops recommend as written above.

WHOLE PLAYERS WERE KICKED IN THE MAIN MENUE - NOT JUST ONE.

SERVERS NOT STABLE ENOUGH??
