warface launcher not updating?

ever sine the latest warface update , the game won't load or update via steam.
(warface international launcher )....looking for updates please wait several seconds.
it's been 1 day what gives ?

Hi! Sorry to hear about that. Did you update and play normally before the server reboot on Wednesday?

yes i never had any issues in playing or running warface since 2016. but since the latest maintenance update on 3/22/23 . i haven't been able to update.

i click on the warface incon on desktop, box pops up ( lookinjg for updates ) please wait several seconds.
thats where it hangs. so hours later i click (abort)... another box pops up.
(steam authentication failed) please try to start the game via steam and the warface laucher pops up
(installation file availability pending).... and it keeps buffering ...

"warface laucher pops up" and if you press "Install the update" there, what happens?

could it be steam ? as to say (Steam at fault for blocking for failed routing) ?
because it always pops up (Steam Authentication Failed Please Try To Start Game Via Steam Error) ?

Unfortunately i lost my login to check on what or if the devs replyed to my ticket.
at my.games . ive had this account since 2015 and have spent hundreds of dollars overs the years playing this game and building this account. its very disheartening to say the least. my friends can use my warface login info and sign in under my account and play without issues so i don't think warface has my account banned im guessing maybe the launcher? i've tried logging in through (epic games) but it gives me the same result as steam does. i'm at a loss. can you give me and link to my.games support so i can start another ticket please under my new login ?

warface said there is nothing wrong with my account on there end.
they suggested it might be problems with my steam profile, as i suggested before and steam never cleared. my buddies in other states can log in to warface using my login via steam. but for some reason i can't.......

Please try to install https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe and run the game
