Can't find ranked matches

Anyone else here who can't find ranked matches? I spent over 20 min searching for one and didn't find any, I'm rank 21 btw. Could this be a bug or are people just not playing ranked at all?

Ranked matches are unlocked at lvl26 and it finds match in 1-2 min max. lower lvl servers(below 26) are less populated and quick games are harder to find. try running spec ops and lvl up fast

I played this game since 2013, u cant literally find anyone who went through all what i did while playing it, just trust me, this game got what it deserved, crazy amount of bugs, lags, damage problems, ping problems, forcing players to donate more and more, making any new game OP and forcing players to buy it, making old guns useless, nerfing them totally, there not a single reason to keep playing this game, and yes, the game has new studio who bought it, so thats another reason why no one plays it.

Man this game is dead, thay not adding new content, only donate and trash operations, thay dont care about players, only money, so ye if game is dead u cant find ranked (cuz there is 20 ppl per day)
