Invalid Password Error on create Bandai Account ?_?

i used 1 number & 1 special character like it asked, but its always invalid password error

I seemed to have figured out the problem: I tried creating a password via the Bandai Namco website (https://www.bandainamcoent.com/register) and it informed me that there is actually a maximum character limit for passwords, i.e., won't let me enter more characters than the limit.

When attempting to creating passwords in the Duelyst interface, it does not limit how many characters I can enter but neither does it inform me that there is a limit in place. Instead, if I enter a password more than the limit, it just tells me the password is invalid regardless if the password fulfills all other requirements.
