Really well made game with good pve/pvp. Just needs a offline possibility.

The deadside server host experience: Was alone in game testing my newly rented server, at a steady 49 ping. Then the server lag and rubber banding starts. I figured i'll power through, probably be over quick. I made a huge mistake. Dropped my gun and picked it up again just to test if there was latency in my actions, then looted something off of a dead npc's body (My ping is checked every 2 seconds and remains at a steady 49 the whole time). Then i get disconnected.. Hmm. Fine. I'll just grab a snack, roll one and log back in. No need to panic over a small hickup, right?

- NOPE. You see, there was still 10 minutes left of my 15 minute temporary ban. With the state of it, it would not surprise me if the anti cheat aggro'd on discord or the NVIDIA control panel, or just hates all of humanity. Who knows what its doing. Certainly not the devs. I initially didn't report this, because i didn't want to be negative or add to the litany of complaints. I was right there with you, GSDead, i really was. Supporter edition and everything. But now that THIS dev team is "focused" (they aren't) on "improving" the anti cheat, it'll probably start outright banning you for looting anything at all soon. After my picking up a gun ban was over, i got to continue playing.

Now, the cup had not runneth over until i was fighting a convoy today and again the rubber banding starts. But because of the previous incident, i just had to leave the server in fear of what could happen. This is when i went from "maybe i'll get something out of my purchase someday" - to "this is just robbing myself of storage space on my PC". They have already spent all the money we supported them with, which is why they seem to be selling skins and their own "revamped" weapon models for a living. Oh yeah, and a free fishing update of course. Hooray. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS TEAM OR ANY GAME THEY MAKE. It may be "optimized to run on a potato", but if it isn't optimized to run on the internet, then whats the use?

I couldn't make a game either, and so it is perfectly fine that you can't. I'm sure you're all fine folks and you want to try. But please just get a job at the post office and stop lying to yourselves. Sincerely - One of your former true believers.

Fun with a homie, but it's one of those that will be in Early Access for 10+ years. Womp womp.
