Yeah, far too familiar.
I made a thread asking, but no replies yet, so asking here as well.
I'd like to add some of the features from Dangerous Waters to Fleet Command.

Not really. SimEngine II will be a commercial product for military use only currently. As far as i know, no gaming product will be released with the engine (I have access to the latest beta build at work).
( but i can imagine that DCS world properbly is my best hope now a days ).
