running on 680m..quite confusing

OK, now I can run this on my 6800U device.
on Windows 11.

I tried 3 kinda steamOS clones and it worked fine
but I decided not to use them cuz resume doesn't work well

so I installed Windows 11 again and the problem is gone.
now dxdiag says this device runs DX12 Ultra
and can run FF7 rebirth without any error with latest driver

I dunno what exactly fixed this problem but the key point is
Windows should support DX12U but sometimes it's messed up
-by any reason

actually I have no clue for certain solution for this.
just share my case FYI
