Chapter 12 Main Quest: A golden key ; Prepare for Tomorrow broken (possible spoiler)

Hi,
not sure if this has something to do with the last update from this game, but it is the first time, i encounter stutter during game-play and an error.

As soon as i talk with the NPC to activate the quest, i receive the CS where i see Aerith and shortly after, he goes to his room to lie down. After that comes a black loading screen but the new CS never comes. Luckily i saved my game before this occurred.

• I checked my Driver and downloaded the new one from two days ago but did not help with any of these two problems.
  
• I tried to lower the graphics but the issue stays the same.
  
• As he made an auto save, i tried to select continue but he goes straight to black screen there.
  
• Windows, Bios, Display and Graphics card are all up to date as always.
  
• Verified the Game data came out all fine.

Funny thing though, at start of the video, you see some heads dancing around at the entrance from Golden Saucer.

Any tips to avoid this problem?

32GB RAM

Is there no way to open a technical issue ticket in Steam/Square Enix?

Never mind, found the solution! Complete new installation.
