Screen flickering in game
I've strated having screen flickering in the game recently. At first I thought the problem was with NVIDIA drivers, bu after updatig them twice already and the game's update it still doesn't go away. The flickering can be described more as pulsating/vibrating and not artifacts

Yeah I get that too. What makes it stop for me is locking the frame rate to 60fps both in game and in NVidia control panel and turning vsync on in Nvidia. My refresh rate is 60hz though, it might be different for your display. It's very odd, I'm surprised I haven't seen more people complaining about it.

Worked for me, although I had to tune down the screen refresh rate from 144 to 60 hz but that doesn't really bother me though
