There are numerous discussion topics on people having performance issues (even with high-end nvidia cards).

If you're talking about the "background detail" setting, anything lower than ultra has very noticeable and consistent pop-in. A user's rig won't matter.

How do you know these issues are caused by Nvidia hardware ?

Guarantee you most of these people can't tell the difference between a problem with GPU, a software problem, and a "2 feet behind the screen" problem. If your only metric to go on is "other people are having issues with nvidia hardware", you have nothing. No numbers, no data, no logs, no evidence. Then, from there, if the problem isn't with nvidia, but on your side, it will never get resolved, and you will keep shaking fist at nvidia. ;p

Sure is easier to cope by shifting blame than by looking into what you can do on your side, and it sure flatters the ego, but it rarely leads to solutions in IT. I'm running the game fine on nvidia hardware btw. ^^''

It is funny since in latest drivers, they suppose add:

Optimal Settings For New Games
One-click optimal settings in GeForce Experience and the NVIDIA app enable you to instantly configure game options for your system’s hardware, giving you smooth, optimized gameplay. Over 1,300 titles are supported, and since our last driver release we’ve added support for 4 more:

Avowed
FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II
Sid Meier's Civilization VII

Still FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH not showing here, so cant make or apply any optimization ^^

No one is to blame - It could be caused by a badly optimized game, it could be caused by existing drivers, it could be caused by any number of things. Nvidia identifies issues, regardless of the cause and provides some sort of performance uplift/tweaks in a game via their game ready driver.

Do you understand?

They can't identify issues on the user side is my point. Vast majority of IT "issues" are on the user side. If you don't know that, then I don't know what to tell you, keep your fingers crossed I guess ? :P

I had RX 6800 when Rebirth was released and now i got 4080, they both play the same.
Ofc i can play game in higher resolution on 4080 but when it comes to stutters pop in and everything else, they are both the same.

Shoot Nvidia App can't even retreive the settings on my end. Literally shows nothing even though the game appears in the games list.
