What’s the hardest minigame to you?

Figured why not try to rank 3 everything since Final Fantasy Rebirth done turned into MinigameVII. 🤣

I like it. I hope they keep that same energy on the 3rd installment. Especially with the snowboarding.

For me, I found G-Bike the easiest. Fort Condor as well once you understand what units you need. Sit-ups also came easy. Just turn the music off. Listen to the chimes. And block muscle punks side of the screen if you really struggling.


Galactic Savior & Chocobo racing came second nature once I thought about it.

Piano’s took me awhile. Learned to put the speed at max to make the greats easier to hit. Never ⭐️ anything yet though. Highest I get is A’s.


Starting to understand 3D Brawler a little bit. Finally beat Dio. But that’s the most difficult one to me. Even with the pause trick.

Also Queens Blood is pretty fun.

I wouldn't say I found any of them particularly difficult.

Maybe the brawler one since some of the telegraphs have pretty similar animations.

I have a feeling it'll be 3D Brawler or Gears and Gambits, whatever that is, when I get to it. Only on Chapter 3, but I've heard plenty about both being real pains in the ass.

but piano and 3d brawler have been the most annoying to me so far. Maybe they aren't that difficult but I gave up on them and have no desire to learn how to play them.
QB is fun i actually like that one. I also thought the dolphin was fun. What's weird is when I knock back a few I do much better at the minigames. Go figure.

The final crunches minigame was the worst for me. Otherwise Two Legs? Nothin' to it star ranking was the hardest (yes I know you can just get an A for the achievement) of the base 6 songs, the 7th and 8th are the worst but not mandatory.

You can cheese the 3D Brawler if you're struggling hard, just search up 'cheat sheet' 3d brawler and find some images of the fights. All you have to do is pause the game on the enemy wind ups, refer to the images, note the input, unpause and do it. This helped a friend of mine get through it since he was struggling with reacting fast enough.

The piano one has been a struggle for me so far. I'm not bad at rhythm games in general, but it's the way the controls work that I have trouble, considering it's using both sticks, and you're mainly focusing on the right one for the melody.

There is no hard mini game they are all easy, its just matter of what you like and what you hate.
My favorite are that Rocket League like mini game with Red and that Boxing mini game
And i hate Blood Queen, that crap is BS and i only play when its mandatory, witch is only once, luckily

The piano one for me so far. I've gotten A rank of 4 of the 5 I have done so far but can only get C on Tifa's on any speed. I'm also one of those players who get the unlucky false misses on occasion where it counts a 100% hit as a miss and sometimes says miss as it appears, before you have even hit the button.

Also not sure if it counts as a true mini-game but the mushroom extraction for the side quest in Gongaga. It was designed with the PS5 remote's haptic feedback so you can only rely on how much the mushroom stem bends at different angles and it can be really deceiving.

For anyone doing this quest (it's along with Aerith), save frequently between each step and even make multiple saves as you can't redo it if you fail.

Piano I find decently challenging but fun didn't make me pull out of my hair but the first frog minigame (Leap Frog) that ♥♥♥♥ had me nearly throwing my controller trying to go for the 1:20

tho I am still on the tail end of CH8 so I have yet to see the coming minigames maybe they will be more frustrating

I cannot do the mushroom plucking one. That minigame did not get properly ported from the PS5 imo

Fort Condor frustrates me. I've been ranting about it here. When I got to the piano I literally laughed out loud. Tifa is just fine with a C rank on the piano.
