I dont think you can cause the minimum specs is a 2060 with 6 GB VRAM

should be ok. I am using RTX 3060ti 8gb and Remake was super smooth.

I played Remake on a 2080 super at 4k on Low and it was pretty smooth, you should be fine.

Remake was from a previous generation though. A PS5 can run Remake at native 1440p and 60fps (and 4k30). The same PS5 was struggling with Rebirth and apparently the upscaling was really aggressive, and the game even received some lighting improvements for the PC port. You're probably fine, but I don't think OP will be able to run it very smoothly.

Probably not. 4gb of vram is too low for most recent releases, and a 3050ti is probably gonna have trouble running a PS5 game. Wait for it to release and check some benchmarks just to be sure.
To give you a more hopeful answer, the only area that could prevent things from running well is the VRAM. If you are willing to sacrifice texture quality and lower it to minimum or medium, it may run fine. You can give it a shot, but just be mindful of Steam's 2 hour playtime window for a refund.
if you can play other playstation hits on pc then you should be able to play this as well

Why did you run remake at low?

Low shadows looks really bad and is buggy and it doesn't even improve fps that much. You could have done max just fine.

What do you think the Spec requirements for 3440x1440 P or 2560x1440 will be

8gb is not enough vram for 4k he had to play on low or drop resolution. Its impossible to play at 4k max settings with 8gb vram .

I had a 3070 ti and could not play at 4k until I upgraded to a 6950xt
