fixed it for you
youre welcome!
valhalla doesn't have side quests though.
get oddyssey. it's actually good.
I deeply regret my purchase of it.
If you liked FF 15,go for 7
though the guy reccing xenoblade also gives a good suggestion if you want something outside the FF series. the first one really just does everything well for a jrpg.
Has several arena type fights some with pre-defined enemies you have to swap skills out to combat them and defend against them. Like elemental materia (spell orb) which heals you depending what element you put in there because they all do fire etc.
Has a simple find x to craft x and then upgrade to add new effects to gear.
Gear hidden behind powerful enemies.
Mini treasure hunt
Really cool boss fights.
The story is great the music is AMAZING.
Open world, (can swim)
Oh and if you replay a chapter in Hard mode you can choose to keep your save data so you can finish off things later into the game. Revert so you have to do everything fresh like the first time or revert back to most upto date completion.
So if you really like doing side quests you can just reset them.
The combat is amazing and has so many mechanics. If you hold block and switch to a character it will put the character you switch to in the air at the boss. 70ish hours before I found that out.
I would say play/watch remake so you get the story going on if you don't wanna play the first one. up to you tho in the end.
FF16 imo was lacking in side content but everything else was great.
I'd say ff7 Rebirth, as that is my GOTY. FF16 has content that is behind dlc. So there is that.
Hope you have fun either way
